Need help getting to the polls?  These community organizations are offering discounted or free rides to the polls:

  • Lift in partnership with LWVC: Make your vote count and roll to the polls with Lyft! Use code VOTE24 for a 50% discount (up to $10) on your ride. Let’s ensure everyone can vote! (Election day only)
  • Electric Bike: Here is another free transportation opportunity to get to a Vote Center--
  • "At Redwood Bikeshare (powered by Drop Mobility), as part of our commitment to supporting civic engagement, we are excited to run a Bike to Vote campaign for the upcoming elections!"

From October 23rd to November 5th, riders across our systems will have the opportunity to take two free trips (up to 30 minutes each) to make their way to the polls and cast their vote, using the coupon code BIKETOVOTE.

  • Trunk or Treat:  “Treat someone with a ride to a Vote Center to cast their ballot in person. Find Vote Centers locations at www.SoCoVotes.org
  • Buses: Need a free ride to a Vote Center on Nov 5th?  Santa Rosa CityBus, Petaluma Transit, and Sonoma County Transit have teamed up to provide free transit countywide for all fixed routes on Election Day, Tues., Nov. 5, 2024.  Vote Centers will be open Tues., Nov. 5th 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. For a list and map of voter centers in Sonoma County visit www.sonomacounty.ca.gov/where-to-vote.  For more information on the Nov. 5, 2024, free transit on election day, as well as other reduced fare programs visit or call:
